Job summary

SPX Express in Metro Manila is looking for a skilled individual to assist in daily hub operations, enhance productivity, and support various teams to ensure seamless logistics and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree and have significant experience in e-commerce fulfillment and warehousing.

The candidate should be willing to work shifts and have a mindset for continuous learning to handle various administrative tasks critical to hub operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Leadership role experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Willing to be assigned to any location in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
• Continuous learning mindset and able to do administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations, including inbounding, sorting, and rider dispatch.
• Monitor hub performance for high productivity and achievement of KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalated issues.
• Implement process improvement initiatives.
• Handle payment transactions.
• Coordinate with agency teams.
• Support hub operations with other tasks.
