Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations professional in Manila to support day-to-day hub activities, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements. You will coordinate with agency teams and assist in payment processing while ensuring reliability of hub operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in logistics. Candidates with e-commerce fulfillment experience and prior leadership in a hub will be favored. Shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Previous leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile activities).
• Support hub productivity by monitoring KPIs and performance.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations and call-outs.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payments processing and related transactions.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
