Job summary

Shopee is seeking an Operations Associate to support day-to-day hub operations in Manila, covering last mile and first mile activities. You will assist parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control while helping ensure productivity targets and hub KPIs are met.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in logistics, and experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a mindset for process improvements are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; leadership experience in warehouse/hub environment preferred.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution; ecommerce fulfillment a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile).
• Oversee parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch and inventory control.
• Monitor hub KPIs and enforce productivity targets.
• Prepare and review hub reports; support Customer Support escalations.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators and oversee agency teams.
