Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an Operations professional to assist in day-to-day hub operations for Shopee’s logistics hub in Manila. You will monitor hub KPIs, support customer escalations, and contribute to process improvements across inbound/outbound activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in logistics or hub environments, leadership experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Shift work and wide area assignment are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder
3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution
Experience leading a warehouse or hub team
Experience in payments processing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to be assigned anywhere in designated cluster
Ability to work shifts as scheduled
Strong learn-and-improve mindset

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day hub operations including parcel handling and inventory management.
Monitor hub performance to meet productivity and KPI targets.
Create, review, and validate hub reports.
Assist Customer Support to resolve escalations.
Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
Handle payment transactions and related processes.
Coordinate with agency coordinators to manage agency teams.
Take on additional tasks to support hub operations.
