Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in Manila is seeking a hub operations professional to support day-to-day activities across inbound, sorting, dispatch, and inventory management. You will help monitor KPI performance and assist in producing hub reports while supporting the Customer Support team to resolve escalations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in logistics/warehouse, leadership in hub environments, and willingness to work shifts and be assigned across the designated cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, receiving, inventory).
• Support monitoring of hub performance and KPI achievement.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
