Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. seeks an experienced Hub Operations Lead to oversee day‑to‑day hub activities, including last mile and first mile operations, parcel handling, and inventory control.

You will monitor hub KPIs, coordinate with agency teams, and drive process improvements to boost productivity. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics are required, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile).
• Inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes of meetings.
• Monitor hub performance and KPI attainment.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support escalations and drive process improvements.
