Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is looking for a competent individual to assist in daily hub operations, ensuring efficiency in both last mile and first mile activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for team briefing, monitoring hub performance, and process improvements.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics and distribution, preferably in an e-commerce environment. A continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to shift work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder with at least 3 years of experience in Logistics and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily hub operation, including inbounding, sorting, and dispatch.
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes of meetings.
• Monitor hub performance and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Handle payment transactions and coordinate agency teams.
