Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has at least three years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, with a preference for e-commerce experience. The role requires strong leadership and a willingness to adapt to shift schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution, preferably in e-commerce fulfillment.
• Experience in payment processing or similar functions is beneficial.
• Able to perform administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding and sorting.
• Support monitoring of hub performance to achieve Hub KPIs.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
