Job summary

SPX Express in the Philippines is seeking a Hub Operations Specialist to support day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.

You will monitor hub performance, prepare reports, assist Customer Support with escalations, drive process improvements, handle payments, and coordinate with agency teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment a plus.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
