Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a capable Hub Operations Lead to join our logistics network in the Philippines. You will assist day-to-day hub activities across inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory management, ensure KPI targets are met, and support reports and escalations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in logistics, a leadership background in a hub, and strong MS Office skills. You must be flexible to shifts and willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work per team schedules.
• Strong learning mindset; able to perform admin tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, dispatch.
• Monitor hub performance and KPIs.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators for agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
