Shopee Manila hub seeks a capable Team Lead to oversee daily operations, drive KPI improvements, and manage a cross-functional team. You will ensure adherence to procedures and coordinate with agency coordinators to support daily logistics activities.

The role requires leadership experience in a logistics or hub setting, with a focus on process improvements and fulfillment efficiency. You will report to the Operations Team and contribute to ongoing hub performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment.
• Held a leadership role in a division or team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily hub operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead team briefings and weekly staff meetings; assess performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of hub KPIs and productivity.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects for efficiency.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations and call-outs.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to manage support staff.
• Handle additional hub operations tasks as needed.
