You will drive process improvements, manage productivity projects, assist Customer Support with escalations, and coordinate with agency coordinators to support field teams. A strong focus on efficiency and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
• Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
• Experienced in e-commerce fulfilment.
