SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Manager to oversee daily hub activities, ensure compliance with procedures, and lead weekly team briefings. You will drive KPI improvements and coordinate with agency teams to sustain efficient hub performance.

The role requires leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment, a related degree, and at least 4 years in supply chain and logistics, with exposure to e-commerce fulfilment.

• Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
• Experienced in e-commerce fulfilment.
• Other tasks related to the operations of the hub.
