Job summary

SPX Express Manila hub is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee daily hub activities, drive KPI improvements, and uphold compliance with procedures. You will lead briefs and weekly meetings, evaluating team performance and coordinating with agency coordinators to support operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years in Supply Chain and Logistics, including e-commerce fulfilment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
• Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
• Experienced in e-commerce fulfilment.
• Other tasks related to the operations of the hub.
