Responsibilities include leading weekly staff meetings, driving KPI improvements, implementing efficiency projects, and coordinating with agency teams to support overall hub operations. Prior experience in warehousing and e-commerce fulfilment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
• Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
• Experienced in e-commerce fulfilment.
• Other tasks related to the operations of the hub.
