Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Manager in Manila to oversee daily hub operations, ensure procedures compliance, and drive productivity. You will lead team briefings, monitor KPIs, coordinate with agency teams, and support the Customer Support group in escalations, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least four years in supply chain/logistics, including e‑commerce fulfilment, and offers opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
• Leadership role in a division or team within a warehouse or hub environment.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment.
