Job summary

UPS hub seeks a Hub Data Management Supervisor to oversee the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of shipment data. You will lead the Data Management team and coordinate with Hub Operations and Dispatch to resolve data issues and prevent service failures.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate encoding in UPS systems, monitoring scans and exception codes, supervising daily tasks, investigating discrepancies, and driving improvements to strengthen shipment traceability and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Business/Logistics required.
Experience in logistics, warehouse ops, shipment processing, or data management.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Proficiency with shipment tracking systems, scanning processes, exception management, and operational reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee data accuracy, validation, and updating of shipment information in UPS systems.
Monitor scans, tracking statuses, exception codes, and routing data.
Ensure proper handling of incomplete, missing, or incorrect shipment data.
Supervise Data Management staff and allocate daily tasks.
Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with hubs to resolve issues.
Prepare daily and periodic data accuracy and exception reports.
Ensure compliance with UPS policies and security requirements.
