Job summary

UPS hub in the Philippines seeks a Data Management Supervisor to oversee the accuracy and timely processing of shipment data across operational systems. You will lead the Data Management team, monitor daily performance, and coordinate with Hub Operations, Air Operations, and Dispatch to resolve data discrepancies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in logistics, data management, and supervisory responsibilities, with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, Logistics or related field.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, shipment processing, or data management.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of shipment tracking systems, scanning processes, exception management, and operational reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting or data-processing tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive hub environment and manage shifting operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of shipment data in UPS systems.
• Monitor shipment scans, statuses, exception codes, and routing information.
• Lead Data Management staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with UPS policies and maintain audit-ready records.
• Prepare daily and periodic data accuracy and performance reports.
