Job summary

SPX Express in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Hub Operations specialist to support day-to-day hub activities—from parcel inbound to rider dispatch, inventory management, and payments processing.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in logistics with leadership experience in a hub environment, plus proficiency in MS Office and flexibility to work shifts across the designated cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
