Job summary

Wilhelmsen Ship Management in Manila seeks a proactive Hub Agreements Coordinator to support global port operations and customer relationships.

You will coordinate Hub Agreements, monitor port calls, follow up with local agents, and provide ships agency support to customers, the Hub team and Sales, ensuring timely and compliant execution of duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Hub Agreement related jobs.
• Ensure appointments are handled without delay and assigned to appointed agent.
• Monitor the execution of the port call and work with appointed agent and customer’s contracted vendors to meet customers’ expectations.
• Actively follow up relevant local port agents for operational and DA requirements.
• Provide ships agency support and advice to customers, Hub team and Sales.
• Assist and support the WPS network on administrative, technical and commercial issues.
• Use customer specific information related to Ships Agency to promote our products and services and engage in finding solutions to challenges.
• Assist with conceptualising and pricing of Hub Agreements together with Sales.
• Register and maintain agency agreement information into IT systems.
• Report and take corrective action with Key Account Manager or Sales Executive to ensure budgets and obligations are fulfilled.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory issues pertaining to Ships Agency.
• Provide regular feedback on technical, service quality and commercial issues to Hub Agency Manager, Global Hub Operations Manager, Global Hub Director and Sales.
• Gather information to assist investigation and resolution in Final DA Settlement disputes.
• Follow up on complaints/non-compliances through the improvement/complaint system in place.

• To provide regular feedback on technical, service quality and commercial issues raised by customers to the Hub Agency Manager,Global Hub Operations Manager, Global Hub Directorand Sales.
• To gather information required to help investigation and resolution in Final DA Settlement disputes.

Accountabilities
