Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator (Systems & Reporting) to support an Australian client in HSE systems administration, reporting, data analysis, tender support, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong HSE reporting experience, advanced Excel capability, and management of HSE databases.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in HSE analysis, with proficiency in HSE data systems and the ability to manage large data volumes across client reporting requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HSE or related field.

Responsibilities

Support HSE systems administration, reporting, and data analysis.
Prepare monthly HSE statistical reports for client/group.
Analyse HSE data for accuracy, identify errors and root causes.
Improve accuracy and automation of HSE reporting.
Support tender and contract activities including CRAW development and HSEMP docs.
Maintain HSE databases, registers, trackers and performance indicators.
Assist subcontractor reviews and bid register administration.
Contribute to process improvements across the HSE function.
