Job summary

SGS is seeking a Health, Safety and Pollution Control Coordinator to lead occupational health and safety programs and environmental compliance efforts. You will support HSE initiatives, risk management, waste management, and regulatory reporting to ensure standards are met across operations.

The role requires knowledge of OSHS, environmental regulations, and strong data analysis. Excellent English communication, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in science/engineering with relevant environmental or safety focus.
• Licensing and/or Pollution Control Officer accreditation is preferred or required.
• Experience coordinating permits, reports and inspections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor HSE programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support environmental monitoring, waste management and incident investigations.
• Prepare regulatory reports and assist in risk assessments and incident prevention initiatives.
