Job summary

Business Trends Philippines seeks a detail‑driven HSE professional to consolidate safety data, manage reports, and support Syngenta‑aligned safety processes in our operations. You will ensure timely reporting of 3P data and assist in the closure of safety findings.

Responsibilities include coordinating training materials, performing risk assessments, PPE checks, and aiding Ergonomics and Biochemical health initiatives; you will liaise with cross‑functional teams and participate in HSE committees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Agriculture, Bioengineer, biology, environmental science).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Report Safety observation data and Enablon data consolidation & Analysis.
• Posting Result of 3P and collaboration with HSE in managing the closure of reports.
• Identify targeted trainings vs. actual work area vs. hiring category and collaborate in training materials/ Job Hazard Analysis.
• Creation of HSE Committee for 3P with representation & Recoeing of Syngenta HSE committee.
• Inspection for 3P for work related risk while collaborating in conducting inspection if Syngenta & 3P are involved in relation to WRA and PRA.
• Report system of 3P like injuries, hazard, and illnesses while informing Syngenta if there are injuries.
• First Aider training focuses on 3P Leads; Employee engagement team upon request; Audit need to support HSE in WRA & PRA.
• Collaboration with Safety & Health Program; Responsible for checking all minimum PPE requirements that aligned with Syngenta HSE Guidelines.
• Support/ compiling of report SERAM - data from environment of Syngenta.
• Ergonomics Program; Biological Hazard, Exposure Monitoring, Physical Health Hazard, Stress reports must be submitted to HSE.
