Cybalink Solutions is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator (Systems & Reporting) to support an Australian client in HSE systems administration, reporting, data analysis, tender support, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong HSE reporting experience, advanced Excel capability, and management of HSE databases.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in HSE analysis, with proficiency in HSE data systems and the ability to manage large data volumes across client reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support HSE systems administration, reporting, and data analysis.
• Prepare monthly HSE statistical reports for client/group.

• Improve accuracy and automation of HSE reporting.
• Support tender and contract activities including CRAW development and HSEMP docs.
• Maintain HSE databases, registers, trackers and performance indicators.
• Assist subcontractor reviews and bid register administration.
• Contribute to process improvements across the HSE function.

This role is ideal for someone with strong HSE reporting experience, advanced Excel capability, and confidence managing HSE databases, registers, and high-volume data.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HSE systems administration, reporting, and general business support activities.


• Prepare recurring monthly HSE statistical reports, including client and group reporting requirements.


• Analyse HSE data for accuracy, identify errors and root causes, and troubleshoot reporting issues.


• Improve the accuracy and automation of HSE statistical reporting.


• Support tender and contract activities, including CRAW development, HSEMP documentation, tender submissions, and contract-level document updates.


• Maintain HSE databases, registers, trackers, document-control systems, and performance indicators.


• Support subcontractor reviews, bid register administration, and other HSE compliance activities.


• Contribute to process improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives across the HSE function.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree related in HSE or technical disciplines


• At least 5 years of experience in HSE analysis, reporting, systems administration, or a similar HSE-related role.


• Strong experience with HSE data systems, ideally Cintellate or an equivalent platform.


• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyse large volumes of data.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capability with excellent attention to detail.


• Confident written and verbal English communication, with the ability to prepare concise HSE reports and work with stakeholders.


• Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
