Cybalink Solutions, INC. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support the recruitment team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will handle onboarding, pre-employment, and candidate communications for blue-collar and trades roles supporting Australian operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in recruitment administration, exposure to Australian processes, and the ability to lead and coordinate across multiple roles while maintaining compliance and precise records.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HRM or related field with strong recruitment admin experience.
• Minimum 5 years in recruitment administration or coordination.
• Exposure to Australian recruitment and onboarding processes preferred.
• Experience supporting blue-collar recruitment in construction/mining/industrial sectors.
• Leadership or team supervision experience to guide and monitor hiring activities.
• Familiarity with trade roles and their qualification requirements.
• Understanding of Australian compliance and certifications (e.g., licenses, White Card, Confined Space).
• Proficient with Excel, recruitment trackers, and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment requirements including medicals, scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding packs.
• Follow up on tickets, licenses, and qualifications to ensure site compliance.
• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, data entry, documentation, and candidate comms.
• Manage recruitment inbox, respond to queries, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers with proper filing.
• Assist ensure Australian compliance prior to mobilisation (licenses, certs, qualifications).
• Support recruiters in high-volume, reactive hiring across multiple roles and timelines.
