Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline (preferred).
• 4-5 years of experience in QHSE management systems, ISO compliance, and auditing.
• Extensive knowledge of QHSE international and national legal frameworks including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
• Experience supporting certification and surveillance audits.
• Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Working knowledge of ESG frameworks and carbon accounting methodologies.
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits in line with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 requirements.
• Develop, review, and update QHSE policies, procedures, manuals, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, regulations, and ISO standards.
• Monitor and maintain QHSE records, reports, audit findings, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards related to QHSE performance.
• Support preparation for external certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
• Identify gaps, risks, and non-conformities; recommend corrective actions and monitor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness and corrective actions.
• Deliver QHSE training and awareness programs to employees on ISO standards.
• Collect, verify, and maintain carbon emissions and sustainability data for reporting.
• Contribute to ESG metrics, targets, and KPIs.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QHSE Coordinator to support and maintain the organization’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting carbon data collection and ESG initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting the implementation of QHSE initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

• Develop, review, and update organizational QHSE policies, procedures, manuals, and related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, applicable legal regulations, and ISO standards.

• Monitor and maintain QHSE records, reports, audit findings, and compliance documentation.

• Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards related to QHSE performance.

• Support the organization in preparing for external certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.

• Identify gaps, risks, opportunities for improvement, and non-conformities; recommend and monitor corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness, implementation of corrective actions, and promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

• Deliver QHSE training and awareness programs to employees on ISO standards, policies, and compliance requirements.

• Collect, verify, and maintain carbon emissions and sustainability-related data to support organizational reporting and environmental objectives.

• Contribute to the development and monitoring of ESG metrics, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

What do we need from you
