Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking an HR Business Analyst to provide Power BI support, maintain and develop dashboards, and transform data into actionable insights. The role requires collaborating with stakeholders, building data models, and managing diverse data sources.

Onsite full-time at Arcovia City, Pasig, with a focus on delivering intuitive analytics and driving business outcomes. A strong background in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Power BI Report Builder and SQL.
• Proficient in DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Power BI Desktop.
• Strong UI/design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in administering SharePoint, Power BI workspaces, and applications.
• Ability to gather user requirements directly from stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Power Automate/Power Apps knowledge is a plus.
• Tertiary qualifications in data science or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Microsoft certifications in data analysis are highly regarded.
• Willing to work full-time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday to Friday on a morning shift schedule)
