Our client is an established Australian diversified services group operating across the Asia-Pacific region. Its Manila shared services team supports critical people systems and works closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, managers and employees across the organisation.
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Administrator with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expertise to maintain HR systems, protect data accuracy and support users across the employee lifecycle. You will manage employee records, system access, workflows, reporting and system support while contributing to enhancements and more effective HR processes.
This role follows a 7:00 am to 3:00 pm schedule and begins with three months of onsite training. After training, the work arrangement will transition to four days onsite and one day working from home each week.
This role suits an HR systems professional who combines strong technical administration with a practical understanding of HR operations. You will be comfortable working independently, handling sensitive data and taking ownership of system accuracy, user support and continuous improvement.
