Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year HRIS admin or 3 years HRIS admin experience.
• 1 year HRIS experience; UKG preferred; US I-9 knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as System Analyst for HRIS and assist daily HRIS operations.
• Onboard Clinicians and internal hires into UKG.
• Support modules: iCIMS, Onboarding Gateway, Payroll, Benefits Prime, Core.
• Review, test, implement HR system releases, upgrades, patches.
• Provide support to super users and resolve HR system issues.
• Advise on best practices for system setup and business processes.
• Data entry duties such as audits and monthly reporting.
