Worldwide Resources Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking an HRIS Coordinator to manage employee data in UKG and ADP, onboard clinicians and internal staff, and support HRIS operations.

The role involves system testing, upgrades, and collaboration with HR teams on payroll, compliance, benefits, and performance management. Onsite work at Bridgetowne, Quezon City with willingness to operate across US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year US HRIS admin or 3 years cumulative US HRIS experience.
• Hands-on UKG experience preferred.
• Knowledge of US I‑9 compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with UKG and ADP systems preferred.
• Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
• Open to working on a US time zone schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as System Analyst for HRIS and assist daily HRIS team operations.
• Onboard Clinicians and internal staff into UKG.
• Provide support for HR modules: iCIMS, Onboarding Gateway, Payroll, Benefits Prime, Core.
• Review, test, and implement HR system releases and upgrades.
• Support super users and resolve HR system issues and process flaws.
• Advise on best practices for system setup to support business processes.
• Perform data entry and run monthly audits/reports.
