Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Customer Support Specialist to help onboarding new clients and provide first-level software support for our Australian HR management platform.

The role operates in a hybrid setup with an in-office presence at Clark three days a week (MWF). You will train clients, run sessions, configure data mappings, and work with the development team to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Intermediate SQL experience, including writing queries and sorting data.
• Advanced Excel for sorting, filtering, and realigning data.
• Experience with Slack or similar collaboration tool.
• Previous customer or technical support experience.
• Fluent written English with fast response times.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and train users on the HR software.
• Conduct live chat with website visitors and schedule demos when needed.
• Provide 1st level software support via email and chat.
• Collaborate with developers to address implementation issues.
• Update CRM and report on weekly chat results.
• Assist with data validation and CSV/Excel data imports.
• Go live checklist completion and client handover.
• Document onboarding requirements and keep knowledge up to date.
