Job summary

Billease is seeking a Payroll / HRIS Specialist in Manila to manage timekeeping, maintain HRIS records, and support payroll accuracy through data validation and dispute resolution. You will coordinate with Finance to ensure data integrity prior to payroll processing.

The role requires attention to detail, at least 1–2 years in timekeeping, HRIS, or payroll support, and a degree in a related field. You will handle data audits and generate reports for audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in timekeeping administration, HRIS management, or payroll support.
• Working knowledge of attendance systems, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Strong data validation, documentation, and reporting skills.
• High level of discretion when handling employee and payroll information.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain employee timekeeping and attendance records in the HRIS or timekeeping system.
• Validate attendance, leave credits, overtime, and schedule data prior to payroll cut-off.
• Monitor timekeeping compliance and follow up on missing or late submissions.
• Review data submitted to Finance for payroll processing and resolve disputes.
• Coordinate with Finance to correct payroll inputs and adjustments.
• Maintain and update HRIS records and perform data audits for alignment with payroll.
• Generate timekeeping, attendance, and HRIS reports to support payroll validation and audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and data privacy standards.
• Support audits by providing required timekeeping and HRIS documentation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor; role may evolve with business needs.
