Keywords Studios Manila is seeking an HR Associate to manage end-to-end timekeeping and attendance, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring accurate employee records for final pay processing and separations.

The role includes maintaining documentation, supporting auditors, and contributing to People and culture initiatives. A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required, with at least two years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years hands-on experience in processing timekeeping or payroll is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Process end-to-end timekeeping and monitor attendance.
• Ensure accuracy of attendance records for payroll purposes.
• Track and monitor employee leave credits and usage.
• Prepare attendance reports for approval.
• Assist with payroll processing including clearance and final pay for separated employees.
• Support monthly and yearly reporting including annualization and BIR 2316 distribution.
• Gather and maintain employee documentation (contracts, IDs, loan info, bank details).
• Assist auditors with required support documentation.
• Resolve discrepancies in payroll and attendance records.
• Provide timely responses to employee inquiries.
• Participate in People and culture programs and activities.
