Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Payroll and Timekeeping Manager in Metro Manila to lead the Timekeeping system administration and ensure accurate semi-monthly payroll instructions, registers, and bank files.

You will coordinate with the Finance and HR teams, liaise with a third‑party payroll provider, and oversee final pay computations, retirement benefits, and HR service delivery reporting. The role demands meticulous data integrity and timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Timekeeping system and acts as the main Administrator.
• Processes payroll instructions, registers, bank advice and statutory reports.
• Collects data and finalizes semi-monthly payroll instructions.
• Prepares validation reports, variance reports, and bank files for approval.
• Liaises with stakeholders and third-party payroll services provider.
• Coordinates with Finance for payroll transactions and reconciling items.
• Oversees renewal of contracts with vendors and serves as point person.
