Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks an HR payroll specialist responsible for timekeeping, payroll support, benefits, and compliance. You will ensure accurate payroll delivery and audit-ready records while assisting employees on payroll inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years in payroll or HR operations, and proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS/payroll systems. Experience with government reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, compensation & benefits, or HR operations.
• Knowledgeable in payroll processing, labor laws, and statutory benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leaves, and payroll adjustments.
• Review and validate timekeeping records before payroll submission.
• Monitor leave credits, holiday tagging, and payroll-related reports.
