iRhythm Technologies, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst II to support configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday system. The role focuses on optimizing HR processes and delivering system-based solutions aligned with evolving business needs.

The candidate will be the primary support for HR Operations, with responsibilities spanning BAU requests, reports, EIB processing, and talent/performance configuration. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Workday configurations required and report building skills.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Workday HCM; certification is a plus.
• Ability to create/modify reports, calculated fields, eligibility rules, and validation rules.
• Familiarity with annual review processes and talent/performance modules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday system.
• Handle BAU requests: reports, organizational structures, EIB processing.
• Guide business with “how to” knowledge and troubleshoot system inquiries.
• Understand business requirements and translate into Workday solutions.
• Work with HR Operations as the primary system support.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday HRIS Analyst II to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday system. This role is critical in optimizing HR processes and delivering system-based solutions aligned with our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Workday functionality, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

The candidate will be the primary support of HR Operations with their system inquiries.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Handles BAU Requests such as but not limited to:
  • Report Request – New Report, Modify, Schedule
  • Creation of Organizations (Supervisory Organizations, Cost Center, Locations)
  • EIB Processing, Loading and Validating
  • Provide “How to” guidance to the business
• Business Process – understanding on Business Process workflow and configuration.

  • Job Profile
  • Compensation Plans/Package
  • Merit, Bonus and Stock Plans
  • Complex Calculated fields
• Talent and Performance
  • Performance Templates
  • Talent Cards
  • Nbox Reporting
• Workday Report
  • Understand various types of Workday Reports, ability to create based on Business Needs.
  • Understand how Calculated fields are build and configure
• Requirements Gathering – confident in connecting with the business for Business Requirements.

Experience And Minimum Qualifications

• Workday Configuration is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Workday HCM. Pro certification is an advantage,
• Can create/modify Reports, Calculated Fields, Eligibility Rules, Validation Rules
• Familiarity with Annual Review Process
• Familiarity with Talent and Performance
• Understand Workday ecosystem
• Work on minimal supervision
• Can present self with confidence
• Advance competency in speaking in English
