About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday HRIS Analyst III to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday system, with a focus on Benefits and Absence modules. Experience or familiarity with US Benefits – Open Enrollment is a plus. This role is critical in optimizing HR processes and delivering system-based solutions aligned with our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Workday functionality, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Handles BAU requests such as:
  • Report requests: new report, modify, schedule
  • Creation of organizations (supervisory organizations, cost center, locations)
  • EIB processing, loading, and validating
  • Provide “How to” guidance to the business
• Knowledgeable in business process: familiarity with BP construction, validation rules, business policy
• Familiarity with compensation review:
  • Job profile
  • Compensation plans/package
  • Merit, bonus and stock plans
  • Complex calculated fields
• Talent and performance:
  • Performance templates
  • Talent cards
  • Nbox reporting
• Workday report: understand various types of reports, ability to create based on business needs; understand how calculated fields are built and configured
• Requirements gathering – confident in connecting with the business for business requirements

Experience And Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Workday HCM. Pro certification an advantage.
• Can create/modify reports, calculated fields, eligibility rules, validation rules.
• Familiarity with annual review process.
• Familiarity with talent and performance.
• Understand Workday ecosystem.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Can present self with confidence to business users.
• Can speak confidently in English.
