About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday HRIS Analyst II to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday system. This role is critical in optimizing HR processes and delivering system-based solutions aligned with our evolving business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle BAU requests such as new reports, modifications, scheduling, and creation of organizations (supervisory organizations, cost center, locations) as well as EIB processing, loading, and validation.
• Provide “How to” guidance to the business.
• Understand business process workflows and configuration.
• Manage compensation job profiles, plans/packages (merit, bonus, stock plans) and complex calculated fields.
• Handle talent and performance templates, talent cards, Nbox reporting, and general Workday reports.
• Understand various types of Workday reports and create them based on business needs.
• Understand and configure calculated fields.
• Gather requirements and confidently connect with the business for business requirements.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• Workday configuration expertise is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Workday HCM.
• Pro certification is an advantage.
• Ability to create/modify reports, calculated fields, eligibility rules, and validation rules.
• Familiarity with the annual review process.
• Familiarity with talent and performance modules.
• Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Can present self with confidence.
• Advanced competency in spoken English.
