iRhythm Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced HRIS Lead in Manila to optimize Workday and related HR technology, driving data governance, reporting, and global HR processes.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage complex projects, and mentor HRIS analysts to deliver scalable solutions. Ideal candidates have extensive HRIS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of leading enterprise HR technology initiatives in a global setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and HR tech solutions for Time Tracking and Scheduling.
  • Manage HRIS projects including implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
  • Serve as SME for HR modules and business processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable tech solutions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce decisions.
  • Drive data governance and maintain data quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate testing activities and support system integrations and issue resolution.
  • Create process docs and training materials; mentor HRIS analysts.

About This Role:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and other HR technology solutions to support evolving business requirements particularly for Time Tracking, Scheduling and cross-functional support
  • Manage complex HRIS projects, including system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and release activities.
  • Serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert for assigned HR modules and business processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impacts, and design scalable technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic workforce and business decision-making.
  • Drive data governance initiatives by performing audits, monitoring data quality, and implementing controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate system testing activities, including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing for new functionality and releases.
  • Support system integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve technical challenges.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, system procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to HRIS analysts and project team members while promoting HR technology best practices and continuous improvement.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience administering enterprise HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.

Demonstrated experience leading complex HR technology projects, implementations, and system enhancements.

Experience supporting HR processes such as Time Tracking and Scheduling, Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, or related functions.

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global or multi-business-unit environment.

Experience developing reports, dashboards, analytics, and data-driven solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
