Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support workforce data, reporting, and operational processes for a global client.

This role helps ensure data accuracy, delivers business insights, and supports process improvement initiatives across the organization. Key duties include maintaining and validating employee data, preparing recurring and ad hoc reports, supporting system updates, data governance, audits, and documenting procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, reporting, analytics, or systems support.
• Experience with enterprise systems and business applications.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables required; advanced formulas preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Setup:

• Full Onsite for the first 60 days at Ayala, Makati HQ.
• After 60 Days: Hybrid Setup to 3 days onsite in Ayala, Makati HQ or any of PSG's Workspaces (SM North, Exxa Tower C5, MOA, and Alabang)
