Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, INC (a Teleperformance company) is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support workforce data, reporting, and operational processes for a global client. This role ensures data accuracy, delivers insights, and supports process improvements across the organization.

Initial onsite work for 60 days at Ayala, Makati HQ, followed by a hybrid setup to 3 days onsite at Ayala or PSG Workspaces. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Business, HR, Psychology or Information Systems.
• 1–3 years in operations, reporting, analytics, or systems support.
• Experience with enterprise systems and business applications.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, with discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate employee and operational data.
• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Support stakeholders with system and process-related requests.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with testing, system updates, and process enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and data governance.
• Contribute to operational and continuous improvement projects.
