Full Chance Philippines Inc is seeking an HRGA Staff to support Human Resources and General Administration functions, ensuring smooth daily operations through employee support, HR processes, and office administration.
The role covers manpower monitoring, recruitment activities, onboarding, records maintenance, attendance tracking, training coordination, and handling employee relations. Onsite work is required in Malvar, Batangas.
The HRGA Staff supports both Human Resources and General Administration functions, ensuring smooth daily operations through effective employee support, HR processes, office administration, facilities coordination, and documentation.
Human Resources
Assist in manpower monitoring and recruitment activities
Coordinate interviews, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding
Maintain employee 201 files and HR records
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and manpower reports
Coordinate employee training and maintain training records
Handle employee concerns and assist with employee relations
Prepare and process NTEs, written warnings, and other disciplinary documents
Assist in implementing company policies and HR procedures
Prepare HR and manpower reports
Assist with HR audits and compliance requirements
General Administration
Handle daily office and administrative activities
Monitor office supplies, pantry supplies, and administrative materials
Prepare purchase requests and administrative documents
Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and service providers
Assist in company events, meetings, training logistics, and employee activities
Assist with company vehicles, transportation, and general services
Support permits, licenses, PEZA, and other administrative requirements
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
Perform other HRGA duties as assigned
Bachelor92s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
With 1–2 years of HR and/or administrative experience is preferred
Experience in employee relations and disciplinary action is an advantage
Knowledge of Philippine labor practices and government transactions is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
Able to manage multiple tasks and work with different departments
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to work onsite in Malvar, Batangas
