Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, behavioral science, business administration, or related field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in HR, office administration, project coordination or training administration.
  • Academic achievements are an advantage but not required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including requirements monitoring and onboarding schedules.
  • Support employee offboarding, including clearance monitoring and exit coordination.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for training and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations coordination and reporting.
  • Support organizational development projects with trackers, presentations, and records.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring confidentiality of information.
  • Coordinate with employees, HR teams, and stakeholders to complete HR activities on time.
  • Identify gaps and propose improvements to HR processes and tools.

Job Overview

The HRD Associate (HRD Operations) provides administrative and operational support across various HR functions, with a focus on employee onboarding and offboarding, training and employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational projects. The role ensures that HR requirements are properly coordinated, documented, monitored, and completed on time while working closely with employees, HR teams, and other departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including requirements monitoring, medical examination coordination, onboarding schedules, first-day arrangements, and follow-up of pending requirements.

  • Support employee offboarding, including clearance monitoring, Company asset recovery, exit interview coordination, and separation documentation.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for training and employee engagement activities, including schedules, participant coordination, materials, attendance, evaluations, suppliers, and activity documentation.

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations coordination, including inter-office requirements, follow-ups, trackers, reports, schedules, and other administrative activities.

  • Support organizational development and HR Management projects by maintaining organizational references, project trackers, presentations, working documents, and implementation records.

  • Maintain accurate and updated HR records, monitoring tools, reports, and documentation while ensuring the confidentiality of employee and Company information.

  • Coordinate with employees, Immediate Officers, HR teams, other departments, service providers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned HR activities.

  • Identify administrative or coordination gaps and recommend practical improvements to HR processes, monitoring tools, and workflows.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in Human Resources, office administration, project coordination, training administration, employee engagement, or related administrative support functions.

  • Academic achievements or distinctions, such as Latin honors, Dean’s List recognition, academic scholarships, or similar accomplishments, are an advantage but not required.

  • Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple assignments and deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools.

  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

  • Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable coordinating with employees and stakeholders across different organizational levels.
