What You'll Do

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing HR support that contributes to organizational effectiveness and employee success.

You will:

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units
• Provide guidance and support to People Leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
• Ensure the timely and effective delivery of HR services, programs, and initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to drive employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning
• Support organizational growth by aligning HR strategies with business objectives

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• With 5 to 6 years of relevant HR experience
• Knowledgeable in various HR facets, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work collaboratively with leaders and employees across different levels of the organization
