KLT FRUITS, INC. in the Philippines seeks an HR Generalist/HRBP to partner with business units, deliver HR initiatives and support organizational growth. You will manage employee relations, performance reviews, and talent development while assisting with learning programs and recruitment.
The role requires strong HR knowledge and cross-functional collaboration. Applicants should have 2–4 years of HR experience, a degree in a related field, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
Partner with business units and department managers to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into effective HR initiatives and solutions
Provide proactive HR support and counsel on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational development
Assist in the design, delivery and implementation of learning and development programmes to support employee growth and capability building
Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including job profiling, candidate screening and onboarding new team members
Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines
Monitor and analyse HR metrics and employee engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, grievance handling and performance discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective change management and organisational communications
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist or HRBP role within a consulting, corporate or similar business environment
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law and regulatory requirements relevant to the Philippines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels
Demonstrated ability to analyse HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in employee relations, performance management and talent development
Certification in HR or related fields (such as CIPD or equivalent) is preferred
Flexibility and adaptability with a genuine passion for supporting employee development and organisational success
