Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Shared Services, BPO, GBS, or multinational organizations.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and leadership coaching.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing organizational change and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and strategic partner to business leaders on people-related matters.

  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Partner with leaders to proactively address workplace concerns and foster a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
  • Analyze employee relations trends and recommend actions to mitigate risk and improve organizational health.
  • Coach managers and leaders on employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, communication, accountability, and team development.
  • Partner with leaders to drive engagement action plans and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Support leadership capability-building initiatives that strengthen people management and employee experience.
  • Drive the performance management process and provide coaching to leaders on goal setting, performance conversations, feedback, development planning, and accountability.
  • Partner with leaders to effectively manage performance concerns and recognize high-performing talent.
  • Monitor performance outcomes and identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and productivity.
  • Partner with Talent Management and Learning & Development teams to identify capability gaps and implement development solutions.

  • Lead initiatives that promote an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing work environment.

Job description

Scope of Role

We are seeking an experienced and business-focused Human Resources Business Partner to support our Shared Services organization in Manila. Reporting to the HR Director, the HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and associates, driving people strategies that support organizational performance, employee engagement, and business growth.

This role will play a critical part in fostering a positive employee experience by partnering closely with leaders on employee and labor relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership capability building. The HRBP will also champion initiatives that strengthen culture, accountability, and associate engagement while ensuring alignment with company values and local employment regulations.

Job Details:

Hybrid: at least 4x RTO in a month - might change depending on team meetings, company gatherings, etc.

Schedule: 3:00PM - 12:00AM

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and strategic partner to business leaders on people-related matters.
