Job summary

Winterpine Marketing Corporation in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking an HR & Training Supervisor to lead training programs and provide strategic HR support. This full-time role focuses on developing workforce capabilities and ensuring compliance with labour laws, while partnering with department heads on talent initiatives.

You will design, deliver and evaluate programmes, manage HR records, assist recruitment, and drive employee engagement and retention, enabling growth across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR and training roles, preferably in marketing/advertising
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Proficient with HRIS and data analysis tools

About the role

As the HR & Training Supervisor at Winterpine Marketing Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s training and development programmes as well as providing strategic HR support to the business. In this fulltime position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital role in ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

What you’ll be doing

1. Designing, implementing and evaluating training programmes to address the skill gaps and development needs of our workforce

2. Delivering high-quality training sessions and workshops across a range of topics including leadership, communication, and technical skills

3. Partnering with department heads to identify and address specific training requirements

4. Providing HR advisory support to managers on people-related matters such as performance management, employee relations, and talent development

5. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

6. Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new hires

7. Spearheading employee engagement and retention initiatives

What we’re looking for

1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR and training role, ideally within the marketing or advertising industry

2. Strong background in designing and delivering impactful training programmes

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels

4. Sound knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in HR

5. Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools

6. Adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving

7. Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
