Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employment standards.

• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office applications.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role within our Human Resources department, responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle and organisational development. As an HR Generalist, you will play a strategic role in building and maintaining a positive workplace culture whilst ensuring compliance with labour regulations and supporting the company's growth objectives. You will be the go-to person for employees and management alike, delivering practical HR solutions that contribute directly to our organisational success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Administer employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievances
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, regulations, and company policies; maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave management, and statutory contributions
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development and training programmes
• Handle payroll-related HR matters and ensure accurate and timely processing of personnel data
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters and best practices
• Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted advisor to employees on workplace concerns
• Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and organisational planning to support company growth

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional HR experience in a generalist capacity, preferably in a medium to large organisation
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, regulations, and employment standards
• Excellent understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing workplace challenges
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Experience in developing and delivering training programmes is highly desirable
• Familiarity with marketing or professional services environments would be advantageous
