Winterpine Marketing Corporation in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking an HR & Training Supervisor to lead training programs and provide strategic HR support. This full-time role focuses on developing workforce capabilities and ensuring compliance with labour laws, while partnering with department heads on talent initiatives.

You will design, deliver and evaluate programmes, manage HR records, assist recruitment, and drive employee engagement and retention, enabling growth across the business.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in HR and training roles, preferably in marketing/advertising
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Proficient with HRIS and data analysis tools

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and evaluate training programmes to address skill gaps and development needs
• Deliver high-quality training sessions and workshops
• Partner with department heads to identify training requirements
• Provide HR advisory support to managers on performance, employee relations and talent development
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
