Job summary

San Pablo Colleges Medical Center (SPCMC) invites an HR Specialist to lead Training & Development and Performance Management within the Human Resource Department. You will support other HR functions to ensure effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

The role requires proactive, organized, and results-driven candidates with 2+ years in HR-related fields, knowledge of labor laws, and strong MS Office skills. Hospital setting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in training and development, performance management, or HR.
• Knowledge of training needs analysis, L&D methodologies, and performance appraisal systems.
• Familiar with Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs with department heads to identify gaps.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate in-house training, seminars, and development programs.
• Develop and implement annual training plans and calendars.
• Prepare training materials, attendance records, and post-training reports.
• Monitor training effectiveness and impact on performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers for delivery.
• Assist in development and monitoring of the hospital's performance management system.
• Coordinate regular employee performance evaluations with heads and supervisors.
• Prepare performance reports and analyze results for trends.
• Provide support for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and HR admin.
